Refunds & Cancellation

We want PDFInvoiceAPI to be an easy yes. This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work. It forms part of ourTerms of Service.
1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard's billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drops to the free trial tier.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with your first paid subscription, emailsupport@pdfinvoiceapi.com within14 days of that first charge and we'll refund it in full — no hoops. You also get 100 free credits before paying anything, so you can try the API risk-free first.
3. EU consumer rights
If you're a consumer in the EU, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Where you ask us to begin providing the Service immediately, the withdrawal right may not apply to the portion already supplied — but our 14-day guarantee above is offered regardless.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Beyond the first-purchase guarantee above, renewal charges and partial billing periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Credits
Your plan's included credits refresh at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Unused credits have no cash value and are not separately refundable.
6. How to cancel or request a refund
